Time to transfer the fund ; If customer want the shipment to arrive within 6 days from the time you order, you need to send the bank transfer by Wednesday of that week. If the bank transfer has not arrive by Friday to our account, the shipment will be postponed until the following week.

How much to send the money if I use bank transfer ? We will send a sales estimate /pro forma invoice based on your order. Order will be processed by the end of the working days.

Delivery time : Upon the order confirmation, normally a minimum of seven (7) days are required for us to process the documents, conditioning of fish for export. However shipment time is subject to and dependent on the availability of air cargo space.

D.O.A. Claims : We regularly track our shipment to our customers. So far less than 5% DOA are reported from our customers. We request you to absorb the first 5% of DOA. In case of DOA above 5% please inform us within 24 hours along with photo documentations.

Claim for DOA caused by negligence/mishandling by the carrier, should be directed to the carrier : If you received damaged, leaking or overturn boxes, please do the following before leaving the airline premises:

  1. Let the airline representative know about the damage.
  2. Ask for a claim form and fill them out noting the damages to the box, corals and any other issue you want to report.
  3. Take a picture of the damage and if possible include the AWB sticker when you are taking the picture.
  4. Ask the representative to sign and handwrite that they have inspected the damaged on the form itself.
  5. Ask for a copy of the claim form for your record.
